Commuincation from management down to employee is timely. Due to the rush of getting information 'down' quickly there is often a sort of paralysis when the situation changes and a variation of the plan is needed. The paralysis may be due to new leadership in middle management areas the need to 'get it right'. All things being equal, the overall leadership is satisfactory but a leader of the leaders needs to emerge for more efficient management of daily changes.
Advice to Management
Have a plan and make a decision. The choice of a small change in plan should be made in minutes instead of hours. Decision makers are needed.
