    Pros

Co-workers were helpful and great to work with. That's the only pro i can think of at this moment.

    Cons

The leadership team is a joke. Their policy is open door however there are more doors closed these days than ever, everything is a secret as if those not in an office were not noticing. They preach family tine is important but pick and choose who its important for. Having children it was frustrating to see that even though they didnt have a work from home program there were employees in the privileged dept that tended to work more from home than the office. There are so many things this company needs to work on but the leaders choose not to listen.

    Advice to Management

Ask employees and actually listen to everything they have to say. If something isn't worth doing in your eyes, explain it to the employees.

    Pros

The benefits and the people that I worked with were great. I loved that I was able to wear jeans to work as well but that was because I was working in a very dirty office area.

    Cons

There was a lot of pressure to be at work every day. They would give you twenty vacation/sick leave days per year, but it was difficult to get several days or a week off at a time. There was more than one time that I was asked if I could work days that I had asked to be off. They did not do good at helping their employees to have a good work/life balance.
