    I worked at SunGard full-time

    Pros

Not only is my team collaborative and supportive but the entire company is as a whole. Our company has a strong sense of community that is felt in every office globally.

    Cons

Workplace culture doesn't get much better than Indeed. People are young, personable, and a joy to be around. Free catered lunch on wednesdays (very good 90% of the time) and free catered breakfast on fridays (very good 90% of the time). Kitchens on every floor are fully stocked. Coffee machines are top of the line.

    Advice to Management

Great Atmosphere you never clock watch and rarely do days drag on. It is a young fun environment. You can make a lot of money if you are willing to work for it. Would recommend to anyone

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at SunGard full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Salary was higher than in other companies in the area
Location was close to my home, so I could commute on bicycle sometimes.

    Cons

An overall atmosphere isn't very friendly, people are rude even they are smiling. They often complain on each other, so pretty quickly you realize that there is no even a clue of what's called team spirit in this company
