At the time I worked there, the companies seem very fragmented. Become more involved and communicate better with staff. Employee/hire more Minorities into executive positions.

Salary was higher than in other companies in the area Location was close to my home, so I could commute on bicycle sometimes.

An overall atmosphere isn't very friendly, people are rude even they are smiling. They often complain on each other, so pretty quickly you realize that there is no even a clue of what's called team spirit in this company
