    Almost impossible to get fired.

    Cons

    ARCHAIC RPG. Impossible to move up or to another business unit. Very selfish management.

    Hire RPG professionals only.

    Pros

    Work culture is good. Flexible work hours. Work from home facility also there. Co-curricular activities happens very frequently. Employee engagement programs happens via HR or Directors.
    Very good for the more experienced people looking to settle down and not ready for more challenging work.

    Cons

    Old technology stacks. I didn't find much challenging environment. Every thing is into manager's bucket. Depends on the project, work culture varies.

    Pros

    Good salary, annual bonus; impressive office views in Canary Wharf; knowledgeable and friendly people; opportunities to travel the world (particularly banking clients in the Middle East).

    Cons

    Sometimes very long hours, travel away from home as a consultant for up to 2-3 weeks at time, particularly to challenging/difficult clients in the Middle East; unrealistic expectations from management in terms of billable man days.
