I worked at SunTrust full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There were ample vacation days we received 4 weeks off and a lot of remote work.

    Cons

There is no real upward mobility. Trying to transition within the company was extremely difficult and it felt as if management didn't have your back at times.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your ISOs. People leave because they are unhappy. Processes need to change for the better not to create more paperwork and just to be able to pass audits.

    Pros

Great Vacation time, 401k matching, great benefits, nice coworkers, and you get to interact with people a lot. They invest a lot of time in training you, and making sure it is done right. There is room for growth.

    Cons

A little disorganized from the top down. The training process is very long, and if paired with the wrong person it can suck. The clients can be extremely rude.
