    Pros

I have worked in Information Technology for over five years. During that time the group has put in some leading/bleeding edge technologies including SAP HANA, a substantial Mobility Application and a home-grown sales force goals system. At the same time three states were on-boarded onto SAP. All of that change made IT a great place to work. I enjoy working on the newest technologies, with a committed team.

People are nice, and work well together. Many, but not all, promotions are done from within.

    Cons

As a company that tends to be on the leading edge of technology, projects can be very difficult. Deadlines feel tight, there is a lot of pressure to drive outcomes.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in new technologies, they are part of what make coming to work fun. I like that the company has a lot of flexibility; and trusts my judgement.
