    Pros

The people are the best part. But it is a professional environment with lots of room to grow. They give everyone more than a fair chance to succeed and are very supportive.

    Cons

Sometimes having to deal with difficult customers, but hey, that is every job!

    Advice to Management

Move to Tampa to attract better talent

I worked at Sunbelt Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You definitely learn sales and how to essentially be a telemarketer

    Cons

Everything. This is a sales job. They make it seem like it's not just to get you to take the job. They say you'll make 6 figures and your growth potential is amazing. It's not. Yes , there's maybe 5 people who make good money but that's it. It's all favoritism. Have you seen mean girls? It's like that but with adults. It's incredibly unprofessional. The favoritism and nepotism is surreal.
If you can tolerate sucking up and brown nosing then sure maybe you will do good but as soon as you're not producing you're essentially shamed and no longer a favorite.
Leadership is horrible. It's like they rule by shaming others and bully you to quit if you have "one foot out the door". They say they'll be there for you and help you when you're struggling, they don't. Again , they turn their backs and have a sink or swim mentality.
They have contests and activity goals , if you want to eat a cookie off your face and have it uploaded on social media , by all means apply.
If you have a family, say good bye to family time or even being able to take your kid to an appointment , first day of school, or kid emergency. HOWEVER, if you have a DOG or cat (mostly dogs) than feel free to take the day to get them to the vet. They LOVE dogs ... it's ridiculous. This is a company that is supposed to be supportive of children with special needs but when it comes to volunteer events or personal life - they want nothing to do with it. But , like I said, they'll do volunteer events at dog shelters.
They also expect you to be tied to your phone 24/7. In their opinion, nothing matters expect getting a deal.
Management also asks people to write good reviews to help drown out the "bad" ones. My biggest advice ... trust the "bad" reviews. I wish I had. They're all true.
Their turn over rate is ridiculously high. If you ask them about it they'll just say "this job isn't for everyone". Honestly, I loved the job but this environment and place made me sick to my stomach. RUN!!!!

    Advice to Management

Get actual management training. LISTEN to your employees. You've lost people because you don't take the time for them. But I guess it doesn't matter, you guys should be ashamed of your leadership style.

I worked at Sunbelt Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Air-conditioned building in heat of Florida. Occasionally let you off early on Fridays (this happened 5 or 6 times in the year I worked there). Good benefits. Above average pay.

    Cons

No work/life balance whatsoever. Super stressful. Very difficult to get hires. TONS OF FAVORTISM BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND FAVORED EMPLOYEES. Hard to get a hire if you're not fed leads from management. They only feed leads to the favored employees.

    Advice to Management

I have a lot to say, but they honestly don't care. This was made apparent when I made a suggestion on streamlining a system and was immediately shut down and told 'this is the way we have always done things.'

I worked at Sunbelt Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is a good company to work for if you are looking to gain good knowledge and experience.

    Cons

Can be very stressful during times of short-staffing or when having to multi-task several things at one time.

    Advice to Management

Managers need more training on how to multi-task and deal with high levels of stress during stressful times or situations and not be rude to staff and treat everyone equally.

    Pros

Really great culture. They put a lot of effort into making everyone feel welcomed and supported, but at the same time you don't feel micromanaged.

    Cons

It is a competitive environment, but that is not really a con.

I have been working at Sunbelt Staffing full-time

    Pros

Extremely positive environment full of energy and culture that strives to help other succeed. I have been here for roughly 4 months and have really enjoyed the sense of comradery and teamwork.

    Cons

It is sales, if you don't like sales - this is not the job for you.
