I worked at Suncoast full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits offered by company. Not per SCPT but from Keller

    Cons

It's a "good olde boys" culture, either you're in or you're out of the circle in order to advance. Horrible HR practices that leave very serious sexual harassment and violent work place practices happen and take place and look another side. If you want a job and not a career and your options are limited, it can work for you. If you are a professional, move along as you will not get anywhere in this company. Management has tendencies to overwork and additional responsabilities are always added in order to cut cost and avoid hiring more personnel. HORRIBLE CULTURE.

    Advice to Management

Fix your departments and quit covering up for other people's professional short comings. An anual $0.50 raise, it's not a raise.

I have been working at Suncoast full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Relaxed and casual work environment. Coffee and snacks provided. Lounge/game room. Not much else can be said about this company.

    Cons

There are very little opportunities to move up. Workload continues to increase and is very heavy/stressful for the pay. Raises are not based on performance, just minimal increases. Big disconnect between management and employees beneath them. Does not feel like a team oriented job even though you're placed in a team.

    Pros

Fellow employees were wonderful to work along with, the pay was decent. Office manager is real good sort she is working along a egotistical branch manager.

    Cons

You are definitely a number , on numerous occasions employees would feel demoralized by the way they were treated by management.

    Advice to Management

Everyone is human and not a number on a piece of paper.
