    Pros

It is the place where you can learn a lot from experts on the latest technology available in the world. And if you put into practice , what you have learnt then you certainly excel in your carrier.People who starts their carrier here will emotionally be bonded with the complany.

    Cons

Equality is some how missing from top to bottom. Co ordination between departments not so fair. Department goals are given higher importance then the organisational goals leading to suppressing of one department over another.
