I have been working at Sunglass Hut part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Discounts, yearly free pair

    Cons

Working here is a joke. It’s slow and they will low ball you on pay if you do not request higher pay right when you pay. Want a raise? don’t expect to ever get one. This company is so selfish. They make millions of dollars and do not care to pay for quality employees. However they do pay for spys to watch and monitor you. This company makes a huge profit on sunglasses yet are not willing to pay workers well. It’s disgusting.

    Advice to Management

You expect to have quality workers but you are not willing to pay for them or train them properly. You spy on your employees... that’s disgusting... how do you expect your employees to trust you if you do not trust and respect them?
