    Pros

    Beautiful building, great chef to prepare lunch meals, free premium coffee service, free happy hours, lots of enthusiasm

    Cons

    Low pay, Owners aren't very saavy about how to hire strong senior/middle management. They have made lots of mistakes, because of hiring based on relationships/friendships. Good people need succession and development planning. Lots of hype / not strong core workplace fundamentals. Young company with growing pains.

    Advice to Management

    Since the company is small, spend time getting to know the assets of each employee. Watch your management hiring...you've made some big mistakes!

    Pros

    gym, pool table, ping pong, chef; clean, nice work environment; young people everywhere

    pretty flexible hours;

    not a very hard job, if you can handle sales; just need to pick up the phone and call

    Cons

    not sure where the business is heading
    wierd product
    a little disconnected with reality
    not much real advancement opportunities; the company is small, so there really aren't any upward opportunities

    Advice to Management

    take advice from the employees, don't just pretend to take it
    get more involved with the day to day activities of the company
