    Pros

    Health insurance is at least adequate - deductible has not increased significantly in recent years.
    Provides a 401K with matching - 1:1 up to 6%.

    Cons

    Company eliminated all pension programs several years ago.
    Salaries tend trail other similar companies.
    Company eliminated most all flex time.

    Pros

    Relatively easy work, overnight has few customers.

    Cons

    Extremely unengaging, hours drag on and physical cleaning requirements are considerable.

    Advice to Management

    Consider staffing two people overnight.

    Has a relaxed work environment but sometimes to relaxed

    Cons

    There is a severe Lack of communication. I've had multiple promotions promised to me for months and management has yet to deliver since the acquisition with 7/11

    Advice to Management

    Give the promotions to those that actually work. Don't keep promising and not deliver.

    Great coworkers, my team is fantastic. Nice office building.

    Cons

    Sometimes management keeps information to themselves. Some departments are difficult to interact with. No room for advancement/promotion, difficult to grow here.
