    Pros

    Working with the engineering department was an amazing experience. There was always room to learn more and help other engineers if work was slow for myself.

    Some of the work seemed unimportant/busy work

    -Tuition reimbursement
    -401k matching
    - health and dental coverage
    -cell phone service discount
    -partial shoes for crews reimbursement

    -little pto
    -hourly base rate seems fairly low
    -doesn't always seem like management listens to employee concern

    Advice to Management

    -listen more to employee concerns
    -share all necessary important information with all employees
    -have monthly meetings to address concerns and discuss upcoming events/necessary information

    I have been working at Sunoco full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -early morning hours
    -great benefits/401k match
    -company car
    -holidays and weekends off
    -incredible management (in the audit department at least)
    -tons of overtime available with no issue paying it
    -tons of promotion opportunity. The sky is the limit for those who work hard.

    Cons

    -having to deal with district managers when they aren't happy.
    -some departments appear to be a 'gentleman's club.'
    -annual raises are laughable/do not match cost of living increase.
    -senior auditors tend to be impatient and disrespectful the newer people.

    -the department is being outsourced and we are all getting laid off.

    Advice to Management

    Be more transparent. Give other people other than the department leads a chance to grow.

    Took only 2 yrs to earn full time.

    Cons

    You get out of it what you put in to it, so can cause scheduling issues outside the job.

    I worked at Sunoco part-time (More than a year)

    It was $8 to start not a bad job I only work 2 days a week

    Cons

    Decided to close early my food side cuz that's where I worked at 5 my shift starts at 5 no longer working there they decided not to give me any time or to find a different transfer I can go to how was I supposed to get paid and I have food stamps I'm still waiting on information showing that I no longer work there but the worst experience ever telling me the day I had to work that I no longer work there.

    Advice to Management

    If you're going to close early let the employee know if they want to transfer a week ahead of time

    Pros

    If you have a good manager your job will be great! The hours can be nice, and sometimes the customers are fun to interact with.

    Cons

    Managers change constantly, causing major problems. Managers will push all their work off on others, and blame everyone for things that are their fault.

    Get your job done, don't push it off on others.

    working with customers, friendly environment, sometimes fast pace work, always something to do

    Cons

    drama within coworkers, didn't particularly like the shift I work
