Great top down culture. They live it, not just talk about it. Comes from once being family owned. You can feel the difference. I like my boss, he likes his boss. Entire regional team is very supportive and they want to help. In turn, leadership at the community level works hard to emulate the service philosophy. Sure, everyone makes mistakes. We work to recover, learn, and move forward. We treat our team members like gold....because THEY are the ones that do the real work!
Cons
The entire industry continues to experience transitions in team members, even worse thru and since COVID. We have a group of solid longevity TMs with many years at our location. We continue to look for like-minded TMs that will join us for a career taking care of our resident family, and each other.

Working environment, Co Workers, Challenging environment.

As far as Building Maintenance,Its a 1 man show along with all the Billing and Cap Ex processing, you will be Painting units,All the work orders, Daily meetings, Monthly Equipment inspections, Fire and Elopment drils , you will also be dealing with a building being used for something it wasn't build for..they have basicly turned these into nursing homes and the units aren't designed for that.
