I have been working at Sunrise Senior Living full-time

    Pros

The culture of Sunrise is great. The team at the corporate office in McClean are good people. I had the opportunity to work with one of the best Regional Director of Operations in my career. My Sunrise Recruiter was experienced and very upfront.

    Cons

You don't really have the opportunity to hire your own team. It's all about who knows the regional team and who is friends with who.

    Advice to Management

Take pride in knowing that you have hired some exceptional directors and allow them to do their job. But keep doing what you are doing because you are the leader in Senior Living.
