Pros
the residents and that's it.
Cons
where to start. the tour they give 1/2 the things on it are false. you CANNOT have a grilled cheese sandwich at 2AM...why? because you're care managers are not allowed in the kitchen at night. the staff that is doing a great job is treated like crap while the other two shifts that are getting all the complaints (from FAMILY MEMBERS) and have the higher incidents of falls are praised and rewarded. then on top of that they under staff the night shift, yet ask them to stay over or come in early for the other two shifts who up until nights comes in leaves their shifts' work for nights to do even when the other shifts are fully staffed. NO COMMUNICATION what so ever. if there is an incident involving a resident or family member they ask everyone BUT the person that is involved with it. never any continence supplies. some people have to work every weekend while others get every weekend off? how is that fair? i know that they give a $1,000 bonus to 'refer' friends to work there. i would NEVER let anyone know (let alone my enemies) that they are hiring. if anything i'd deter people to stay away.

Pros
When I needed to take time off to help care for my mom, they accomodated.
Cons
Never gave me a consistent schedule, despite asking for it multiple times. Often short-staffed and would ask you to be a Lead Care Manager but then not pay you the hourly increase for that position.
