    Pros

Materials are usually ready for the job.
    benefits are ok

    Cons

The pay is not worth the amount of work you do.
Management is always pointing blame to some one else
    They don't value the installers
It is very easy to get written up, then you cannot get a raise or promotion for six months.
Have to work a lot of overtime and Mandatory Saturdays.
Lots of turn over of employees
Not a good on boarding process for new employees.

    Advice to Management

Pay your experience people more to keep them.

I have been working at Sunrun full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent Starting Pay, Lots of overtime available,Great co-workers, great company benefits.

    Cons

Long long hours in sometimes horrible weather conditions. Horrible Warehouse staff and supply issues. Seem to hire alot of people from outside the company for more elevated jobs instead of promoting within company.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within the company instead of always hiring from outside for the higher paying roles would help alleviate the high turnover rate and would give people a reason to try harder knowing that their was a chance for them to move up within the company. Also it would be nice if management would hire more people with construction related experience instead of fast food or gas station managers who can't even read a tape measure or have never been on a rooftop ever.

    I worked at Sunrun full-time

    Pros

It held a great team initiative at first and it was fun. Everyday was an adventure.

    Cons

The building management lacks experience and disrespected others frequently. They represent the company very negatively. Too long hours for simple tasks. Don't rely on team opinions or thoughts.

    Advice to Management

Respect the people who work there for the company. Many great people have come and gone since people there in management constantly abuse the power given. Everyone must be respected and also checks and balances needs to be enforced to prevent further team damage.
