I have been working at Sunrun full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great People, challenging work sometimes, pay bonuses. Harder you work, the faster you get off. I enjoy working here. Safety is key to them.

    Cons

Box Trucks are not well maintained and serviced. ( Driving Death Traps ). Really puts wear and tear on your body installing. Some other things are a bit out of whack, but over-all nothing extreme.

    Pros

None no pros. They will ask you for the world & in return they will give u barley enough to make it to work the next day.

    Cons

Everything. Another company thy wants something for nothing for Its employees. Pass on these rip Offs. I heard about a worldwide boycott list & im thinking of offering them up.

    Advice to Management

Another dirtbag company that rapes its employees of their wages, company expects more than the compensation paid.

    Pros

Good pay, and bonuses. Consistant work. Builds muscle

    Cons

Killer on your back. Always in sun (expected)

    Advice to Management

Crews need atleast 4 installers including lead. This 2 installer and 1 lead and a foreman and no electeician was killer.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Sunrun full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Obtain electrical experience, ability to promote if you work hard.

    Cons

Physically demanding, repetitive, immature management staff promises things and doesn't deliver. Incentive packages designed to make installers work harder are nearly impossible to earn.

    Advice to Management

Don't make promises you can't or won't keep.
