Definitely a quality solar product, and definitely a good company culture with good benefits. High turnover for people in my position, but when they get a good one they stick.

Cons

They might not tell you about the 12 hours shifts you'll run into when you interview, but they are lucrative.

Overall, I had a great experience with the company and the pros far outweighed the cons: - Good leadership - Great advancement opportunities - Good compensation (while this was my personal experience, I had many friends within the company who strongly disagreed with their compensation). - Good benefits - Awesome co-workers - Convenient office location - Good company culture
