      Pros

You work in the renewables sector

      Cons

The pay is very low, oppressive leadership and very ignorant about solar energy, they use the minimum excuse to block you from growing and get promoted. They ask you to work long hours and when you need some flexibility they completely ignore you, they don’t live up to their values. I witnessed so much talent leaving and management was happy about it because they saw them as a threat to their position
