HR Leadership terrible - middle managers across the company terrible - Work-life balance is terrible. Only upper management is paid well - workers especially in the retail field paid extremely low.

Work/life balance, pay (only if you're in Sales), swag (only if you're in Sales), incentives (only if you're in Sales), trips for meeting goals (only if you're in Sales).

Cons

Poor communication, goals aren't aligned, good luck getting another department to cooperate with you.

I worked at Sunrun for a long time; longer than most people. Overall, I had a great experience with the company and the pros far outweighed the cons: - Good leadership - Great advancement opportunities - Good compensation (while this was my personal experience, I had many friends within the company who strongly disagreed with their compensation). - Good benefits - Awesome co-workers - Convenient office location - Good company culture

- Work/life balance: I often felt overworked and in high-stress situations. - Poor management in other departments - High turnover across the company - Low morale in other teams/departments

Good work life balance, friendly and smart people, flexibility, decent pay compared with similar roles

Top-down management lacks altruistic vision and empathy. As a publicly traded company there's a lot of scrutiny and cost cutting measures that affect employees negatively.
