    Positive Outlook

I worked at Sunsations (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. The employees were very helpful and kept the shelves neatly stocked. The store was always kept very clean, with a good selection of merchandise.

    Cons

Parking was a problem, with such a large store. Many of the customers had to park at the establishment, next door.

    Advice to Management

Carry a better selection of sizes, in your clothing, in order to give more offerings to larger people. Especially for the ladies.

I have been working at Sunsations as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get discount for everything in the store. The job is not difficult at all, not physically and not mentally/, If you are ok with routine jobs, this is perfect for you. I could easily ask to change my day-off or to switch shifts with sb

    Cons

Really boring + too many workers, and so you don't have anything left to do!
Really low-paid and no tips sharing, although I got tips during my shift!

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

If a job candidate requires temporary work and does not wish to gain meaningful long-term employment, then Sunsations may meet minimal desires.

    Cons

The management of Sunsations does not provide adequate store advice to the sales representatives, leaving much of the work to the store employees to figure out for themselves.

    Advice to Management

Provide more hourly income, or offer permanent salaried positions to employees who have shown a desire to acquire managerial experience.
