    Pros

You work outside when its summer.
    Very easy and chill job.
You can swim at the pool when there are no visitors

    Cons

They rig your paycheck! You have to pay them hundreds! of dollars for cheapest uniform, for unacceptable lifeguard training, and for other things that i can't even remember. But every paycheck you'd have tons of deductions for everything. Work scetchual is very very unstable, they will notify you less than a day that your hours and location changed or even at the same day. Very often i worked much less hours a week that they promissed and some days i worked 12 hours straight, and still haven't made any savings because they rig your paycheck. Extremly not trustworfy company owned and operated by immigrants.

    Advice to Management

This company needs to be sued and whole management has to be replaced. I heared from my friends that they got a little bit better but i would never ever work again in this company. Stay away!
