I worked at Super Soccer Stars full-time

    Pros

    - great coworkers - get to work with kids and coaches -energetic and young atmosphere -decent benefits - being around soccer all day

    Cons

    - managers focus on short term goals too much and never address long term goals - salaries not competitive enough relative to area - too much office politics. Some people have been there long enough, performed well/consistently and don't get paid accordingly
