    Pros

Young energetic people & positive attitudes. This is a small company that is trying to make it in this developing meal assembly business. They have creative ideas and a willingness to work with their employees ensuring that everyone is in the know.

    Cons

I don't think there are downsides to the employment of the business. This is a new company in a new market (Meal Assembly) that is constantly reacting to their customers and their needs. The business model does seem to be evolving daily, thus our roles as employees seem to be evolving.

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Pros

    Menu changes monthly
Opportunity for projects, such as catering and camps
    Cooking is fun

    Cons

The customer is usually stuck up
Working in food makes you smell like onions
little structure comes in from the headquarters, so the owner is pretty much allowed to do whatever they want. Your experience will depend on the ability of your management. I dont think the headquarters screened my manager AT ALL.

    Advice to Management

    Be professional.
