    I worked at Super Talent full-time (More than a year)


    Relatively easy to get a job at the company and learn product and customer knowledge. Most employees have some dimension of independence. You have to take the initiative to make things happen.


    High turnover. Low pay. Poor communication to employees. Many young, inexperienced employees. Weak training. High density open desk environment. Computer systems and processes need upgrading. Employees are not involved in helping make the company better nor does the owner seemed interested in employee input. Super Talent is a division of Ma Labs which is a high volume distributor focused on moving a lot of product. Taiwanese culture company. You have to clock in and out, including lunch. Older furniture. Front entrance lobby looks like you're going into a Chinese restaurant. Speaking Mandarin is a plus to fit into the culture of the company.

    Advice to Management

    If the owners would delegate responsibilities to competent leadership the the company has great potential but the owners are content with the status quo. A paternalistic culture company.
