    I worked at SuperShuttle International for more than 5 years

    Pros

    There was nothing good about working here.

    Cons

    Everything. This was the worst place to work for. There were schedule changes at all times that never benefitted anyone. Everyone but the manager’s favorites were told that if they didn’t like their schedules, they could leave. The only way to get a promotion was to be the manager’s favorite. The company never put passengers first.

    Pros

    All-in-All everything was good! Really depends on your department manager!

    Cons

    Many of us were blindsided when the company was sold! No idea what criteria was used to determine who stayed and who was laid off. Virtually no severance package.

    Connected to a bigger division of Veolia Transportation which leads to bigger connection.

    It was a 24/7 operation with limited staff that lead to long hours
