I worked at Superdry full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The discount is good, and you receive a clothing allowance since they make you wear the brand.

    Cons

work life balance is not a thing here. They hire terrible managers because they “fit the look”. Store manager had no store manager experience and worked at small stores you’ve never heard of. Human Resources is a joke, was discriminated against and called names. Went to HR and they didn’t do a thing because they are overwhelmed with staffing new stores. If they don’t get it together someone will sue for harassment.

    Advice to Management

Get it together and start acting like a manager.

    I worked at Superdry full-time

    Pros

Interact with cool co workers when you work.

    Cons

Pay is not worth it. You only work 6 hours when its not the holidays. Management does not tend to employee needs. Must fold and put everything back neatly after closing. No chance of advancement. No benefits
