    Pros

The company allows for fairly flexible scheduling for many employees. This helps them get a lot of extra part-time help as needed.

    Cons

Some of the cons include the following: Poor Pay Rate, Sloppy Management, Poor Feedback, Poor Policies, Poor growth expectations. Unfortunately, the best lesson learned here is to pace your work. Working too efficiently gets no praise and leaves employees with down time.

    Advice to Management

Fix the cons and find ways to boost employee moral. All I hear from nearly many designers is how they dislike their job and want to move on to something else. Attitudes like that need to be changed unless a high turnover rate is preferred.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Okay benefits, flexible schedule-very open to working around class schedule, working on company "image"-good because the current image is a punch line in the eyes of competing companies.

    Cons

Management regime is still trying to learn how to manage, no opportunities for professional growth, no positive reinforcement, yearly employee reviews are a joke,
