    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Superior Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My manager was good to work for.

    Cons

Low pay and low commission and asked to do too much. Constant changes and no training. Metrics, metrics metrics..that are not even attainable. A lot of work for low pay.
It is Executives who don't have any idea what they ask their employees to do and can't figure out why recruiters are not making their numbers. Pointing their fingers at everyone but themselves.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your recruiters and get the real feedback instead of scaring your employees by telling them they have 30 days to get the numbers up or we are letting you go. Stop running after these companies with low mark ups where no one makes any money but the employer. Do more for your employees and act like you care. We can see right through you. And we know every time you are not telling the truth.

I have been working at Superior Group (More than a year)

    Pros

None that I can think of. A $50 birthday bonus maybe. Some cool coworkers. I literally can't think of anything else.

    Cons

Everything. There is almost too much and I don't want to waste my time. The company cares about quantity over quality. Management is awful. You're either micromanaged or not managed at all. No guidance, absolutely no training! I could go on, but please don't waste your time, you'll regret it.

    Advice to Management

    I can't help you.
