I worked at Superior Industries International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company and great people. Everyone was easy to work with and very laid back company before the move to Detroit.

    Cons

At the time, systems may have been on the older side. Room to improve with more automation or paperless environment.

I worked at Superior Industries International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    *Good working environment
    *Teammates worked together
    *Pay and Benefits were competitive
*Recognition provided by HR and management
    *Learning of new skills

    Cons

    *Not much room for advancement
*Company in cost cutting mode currently

    Advice to Management

Retain good employees at all costs. It is getting much harder to find talent that is committed to one company or organization.

    Pros

Wonderful group of staff. They are very friendly people.

    Cons

Some groups definitely had way too much on their plate. Headcount was increasing to deal with this.

I have been working at Superior Industries International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There is not much left. The workers on the floor are great.

    Cons

Management is terrible at all levels. No one wants to work here any more. The HR department does not care about any one here and neither does management.

    Advice to Management

When you have employees leaving after working here 20 plus years it is time to open your eyes

I worked at Superior Industries International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

We had a wonderful working place, I have been with the company for 25 years, as most of the former employees. The new ceo and his employees ripped the heart out of the company. Can't get it back can you !!!

    Cons

I can't find anything good to say one way or another

    Advice to Management

    You cheated Steven Borick

I worked at Superior Industries International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Sorry Superior is asking for trouble via their ridiculous management style of an Evil Dictator Regime. No Pros except employee turnover is insane.

    Cons

Dictorial management protocol is saturated and exhausting, Pay is ok but below average, Superior is by far the biggest loser company that i have ever worked for.
Everything. Management is atrocious. Workers are treated like nothing more than machines. Employees are worked to the bone, in unsafe conditions because safety is largely sidelined to meet production numbers.

It's easy to get a job here because no one else wants to stay here. Don't waste your time.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat employees like human beings. Set reasonable goals. Respect your employees with the utmost respect, they are your most valuable assets. No wonder the turnover is so high and you are always short handed with the high turnover. Compensation is low at Superior also. I use to dread walking into that hell hole due to the insane methodology management. It felt like working for Hitler at times due to militaristic practices.
