    Pros

    If you are looking for a public sector environ in a private sector organizafion look no further. Supernet has been a profitable business since it was turned around from the brink of disaster 7 years ago

    Cons

    Regressive top management that is not conducive to growth. Internal politics tend to figure in all aspects of company. Nepotism and graft rule the day.

    Recognize and reward talent and expertise
