I have been working at Supply Chain Solutions full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Clients love us because we are agile and we look out for their best interests. This helps us grow and keep clients long term.

    Cons

Being agile can create noise and chaos. Need to be more methodical about the steps we take.

I worked at Supply Chain Solutions full-time

    Pros

Descent company to work for. Management was ok.

    Cons

The pay was ok to start but when you have had all positives told about you and you still don't get a raise; then something is wrong with the company and the equipment that we had to drive did not run well at all and always needed something fixed.

    Advice to Management

    Better equipment and better pay.

    Pros

The company has come through a tough economic period and seems to be back on track and growing. I enjoy the companies passion for the business and integrity when dealing with situations.

    Cons

Strategic planning seems awkward jumps around too much

    Advice to Management

How can tSCS recognize and reward its top performers and get rid of some duds?

    Pros

Small company, everyone is like a family. If issues arise your voice will be heard, and all projects get a degree of recognition from top management.

    Cons

The small company mainly is family, and if you're not in good with the owning family everything is an uphill battle. The size really limits career advancement potential, but if business picks up I can this changing. Unfortunately bonuses are spoke of as incentive, but nobody ever sees them.

    Advice to Management

When the company was small, top management had total control. Now, as the company has grown top mgmt seems to have lost control to individuals who are not qualified to lead as much as they do. Upper management needs to regain total control.
