I worked at SupplyLogic full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are absolutely zero pros about this company. This is a poorly structured business with a CEO who blames everyone then fires them.

    Cons

Poorly run business, you are expected to work 10 - 15 hour days and will be insulted on a regular basis. There is no direction, no leadership, the benefit package is awful and expensive. You don't value people. Shameful business practice.

    Advice to Management

You don't value people. Be honest.

I worked at SupplyLogic full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Offers the opportunity to Work From Home. Small Company which means you will be learning a lot of various functions outside your job duties.

    Cons

Upper management is lacking, and completely disconnected from what each department is working on at an employee level. No HR department, Benefits are subpar at best. This company does not match on the 401K retirement. WFH employees are expected to use their personal cell phones for work with no compensation. Turn over is very high. Loyal staff is often left to pick the pieces because of high turnover. CEO does not support...

    Advice to Management

Put some time, money and effort in building up the loyal staff that stick around, minimize turn over. Be more transparent with company direction and revenue generated.

    Cons

If you want, expect or need easy, you should keep moving. SupplyLogic will demand your best, and make you prove your worth. I appreciate the negative responses I've read, and understand some people aren't ready or able to succeed in a truly demanding environment.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to all levels of the organization, and keep pushing everyone for greatness.

    I worked at SupplyLogic full-time

    Pros

Clients were wonderful to work with and you'll never be bored

    Cons

Inconsistent leadership and a "culture" of blame, you'll never take a vacation, no strategy, no technology and zero support. Turnover is huge and instead of having perspective, this company just replaces people. You will be there for a short period of time and work 12-16 hour days plus week-ends without an increase. The benefits are awful - expensive and worthless

    Pros

Pros would be an absolute perfect company if you have zero self-respect, hate your life, and are a masochist. Another pro is you won't be there too long to continue enduring the endless misery. If you enjoy meeting new people, this is the place for you because employees are hired and fired in droves. You'll get to up your meds and spend a lot of time in therapy when your done here. Cons

There isn't a computer system that's big enough and powerful enough to capture them all. But if you enjoy working a minimum of 12 hours a day, including Saturdays, not being appreciated, and being discarded after being worked like an animal and going above and beyond on projects, you're going to love this place! Almost everyone in the company is boorish with constipated looks on their faces. Working in a morgue...

    Advice to Management

Sell and let decent human beings run the company and it might have chance at becoming a real company the CEO hopes it will be.

    I worked at SupplyLogic full-time

    Pros

The flexibility and compensation is decent, however it ends there.

    Cons

There is no transparency nor support within the company, it seems that focus constantly changes without accounts being kept in the loop. This has to do with the poor management style of the COO micromanaging the Account directors. Unrealistic goals and expectations are in turn set by the Account directors, which leads to bonuses not being paid. Within the last 3 - 6 months, approximately 5 individuals had there positions...

    Advice to Management

COO seems to be an over glorified salesperson, who can't seem to close deals. Maybe invest in a dedicated business development team. SupplyLogic praises being highly advanced in technology and efficiency, however there is no IS support. The systems change quiet frequently without the proper implementation or testing. Look into bringing on board a CTO. Some of the Account Directors are introvert, and make things awkward...

I have been working at SupplyLogic full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Senior Leadership is very communicative and intelligent and brings experience in the space that is unrivaled. The evidence is there for all to see, new large transformational deal wins with TD Ameritrade and Asurion. Continued investment in the Company putting people and systems in front of all else.

    Cons

Ability to consume and digest new deal after new deal will be challenge at hand for SupplyLogic, thus far they are handling it.

    Advice to Management

Do not waiver from your mission! Your rapid growth will no question yield growing pains however, with mostly C-players and a few B-players in the space you are well positioned to be the leader of the pack.
