Everyone at Supporting Strategies is welcoming and genuinely interested in helping you to succeed. We have great technology and resources to effectively do our job. Working 100% remote is a great benefit too!

    Pros

Supporting Strategies says our first priority is family. With 2 little ones this was a big selling point. The flexibility, atmosphere, and teams are positive and supportive. Lots of opportunities to learn, very organized so we can help other associates when needed. Great involvement at quarterly meetings and making everybody feel as part of the team.

    Cons

There is no 401K match available

    Pros

I liked some of the tools they provided. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Very isolating even more than other remote jobs I have had. Really probably depends on the franchise owner. I didn't feel we were doing good accounting and felt like my loyalty was tested often

    Pros

Flexibility/autonomy, fun, dynamic, great people, and leadership! Ability to work with different size clients, industries, vast exposure and experience. It never gets boring! Our CEO is fantastic. She’s forward thinking, always creating, pivoting with the times and has built such an amazing business I’m so proud to be part of.

    Cons

Certain times a year it can get busier than usual but it all balances out in the end.
