    Pros

Eager to recruite and even train but not ready to pay to contractors. Mischief.

    Cons

Always claim your hard earned wages in time otherwise they will forefeight withhold or repossess your money on one pretext or the other. No trust.

    Advice to Management

Always pay to your contractors their hard earned money which does not belong to you, rascals.

  3. "Hired by Supremesoft as third party contractor to work on BIA contract held by Lockheed Martin."

    Pros

This was one of the best opportunities I had working as a contractor. The small team I worked with clicked well.

    Cons

The contract was cut short. This was no fault of anyone at Supremesoft, but rather the BIA decided to cut Lockheed off the contract and award the work to a different contractor in a different state.

    Advice to Management

Compensation and contract were on target. Find other contracts for those relieved of current contract to work on instead of just letting them go.

I worked at Supreme Soft full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Location is great (Tysons Corner) and the employees are great to work with!!!

    Cons

Unclear in what you want out of an employee. It changes almost daily, and you give employees mismatched responsibilities (someone in the account manager/business development side of things should not be taking care of HR responsibilities such as payroll, and benefits). There is a lot of mis-communication, which will destroy the company eventually.

Micro-management is out of control. You can't babysit your employees, it shows that you don't trust them and they are left fighting for their credibility constantly.

There is also a lot of favoritism within the company - which could be borderline illegal.

Pay is low, and there are always issues with getting paid.

    Advice to Management

Have some faith in your employees, whether you believe it or not, they do know what they are talking about, stop second guessing them and start trusting them!!!

I have been working at Supreme Soft full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

-As an IT Consulting company, it is far better than others in terms of salary, timely payments and Visa/immigration matters.
    - Clear cut and efficient in the matters of pay, work visas and immigration.
    - Follows rules strictly and operates under the guidelines when it comes to Work Visa employees and their compensation etc.
    - Best thing about the company that I noticed so far -- They pay you on time.

    Cons

    - No contact with top management (eventhough its not a big company)
    - Zero appreciation of existing IT consultants
    - Never ever received communication/emails from Management folks. Only email you would get is when your time-sheet is not submitted on time!
    - Health benefits not upto the mark.
    - You will feel totally disconnected with the company, all you do is work and travel and roam as IT Consultant...... fill time-sheets and send it across. that's it....!

    Advice to Management

-At least send an email once an year during New Year!
-Connect with your road warriors.....these IT Consultants literally run the company, they roam all over the country working on IT Projects.
-It does not take much time for employees to quit... especially the senior experienced ones... your strength is in retaining the senior folks.
