Pros
Sure Oak has a family-like team that is incredibly supportive. It is awesome to have the flexibility to work wherever there is WiFi. Love being able to contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
Cons
Not being able to physically see the team enough.

Pros
Being an intern at Sure Oak has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. When interviewing and evaluating my internship opportunities, Sure Oak just felt like the right choice. All of the employees have been super welcoming and very helpful. I have been trained in many aspects of the company and it has provided me with a great learning experience. Having the knowledge that I have been provided with from Sure Oak will help me be successful in any of my future endeavors.
Cons
The training was pretty intense the first month. Not having any experience with SEO it was a little difficult to understand the terminology at first, but everyone was super helpful and really explained things to me.

Pros
As someone who has been working remotely for the last 5 years, Sure Oak is by far my absolute best experience. From the genuine company culture and values to the incredible work/life balance, it's more than I could've dreamed. The growth the company has shown since I started has been heartwarming to watch and even more amazing to be a part of. My teammates have become second family as everyone is so caring and determined to bring their all each and every day. I've felt nothing but positive energy from the moment I started three years ago until now, which I cannot say about any other position I've had in my life. I've never felt more proud to work for a company and am so thankful I've landed here.
Cons
Working remotely means I don't get to see all of my wonderful teammates, but we've still developed meaningful relationships that make me excited to login each day.

Pros
I can honestly say that Sure Oak has been the best work experience I've ever had as a marketer. The leadership team not only has a long-term vision for the company; it has a vision for each team member. They genuinely care about each individual's goals and ambitions and, unlike a lot of companies, they give you the opportunity to shine. They want you to succeed and they do everything they can to make sure you're happy and engaged. I genuinely cannot imagine a more considerate and supportive work environment. It also helps that every team member puts their heart and soul into their work every day. They're passionate about the work and want to see clients succeed. So, even though everyone works remotely, the level of camaraderie is greater than I've felt working at any office.
Cons
For some, working remotely may not be a good fit. But for me, it's a positive.

Pros
Sure Oak is doing great things as an industry leader and it's awesome to be a part of. Sure Oak hires top talent and great people who I'm excited to work with each day. The greatest perk is the ability to work from anywhere as well as working with teammates and clients from around the world. Although everyone works remotely, Sure Oak does a great job of creating company culture which isn't easy to do.
Cons
Working remotely does have it's set of challenges, but they can easily be overcome with great structure and accountability. That said, I wouldn't trade anything for the flexibility that Sure Oak offers.
