    I have been working at SureCall full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Positive Environment - Employee Benefits - Team Support

    Cons

    - In order to advance you need to meet performance criteria. This can take time to adapt to the style of callers you are taking. Although I feel it probably helps you to be successful if you do get promoted.

    Advice to Management

    I really enjoy the structure of quality over quantity with this company and its impact on the clients. Ongoing improvements in support has been really helpful for our team and I look forward to seeing this continue.

    I worked at SureCall for more than a year

    Pros

    Good climate in general, the coworkers were fantastic, learned a lot.

    Cons

    Handling lots of calls froms various companies, very stressfull job and doesn't pay enough for all the efforts and energy it takes

    Advice to Management

    Please review your salary, can do the same job if not last tasks for much more with other companies just like yours
