I worked at Surge Connections full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely none, it's a dishonest pyramid scheme. Their website doesn't give any info on what that ACTUALLY DO. It's all just weird platitudes and vague descriptions.

    Cons

This "company" is nothing but a door-to-door sales pyramid scheme. "Managers" do door-to-door, "Account Executives" do door-to-door, everyone does. You may work 60-70 hours a week without any guaranteed pay. It's a scam.

I think they are going by the name TRIUMPH MARKETING on other sites right now; same address, same embarrassing scheme. Save yourself the trouble and report these jobs whenever you can.

    Advice to Management

Just leave people to find real jobs

I worked at Surge Connections full-time

    Pros

Nothing unless you enjoy a commission only based pay

    Cons

They lie about the job description and lure you into a door to door sales job.

    Advice to Management

Stop falsely advertising your pathetic pyramid scheme

I have been working at Surge Connections full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Right when I walked into the office for my interview everyone was extremely welcoming and outgoing. They sat down with me at the said time for my interview and the way the manager explained the company it seemed to be an amazing company to work for.

    Cons

The only thing I saw that could possibly be difficult were the hours. I recently graduated from college and have never had a full time job but it is definitely something I will get used to.

    Advice to Management

Management was great I would just continue to do what you normally do!

I have been working at Surge Connections full-time

    Pros

Team work is very heavy at this office. I come from a position where I primarily worked individually but at Surge Connections that is way different. I can still work individually here, but I have not wanted to because everyone on my team has been a joy.

    Cons

It took me more than the designated training week to be fully trained but the management was very open to staying late and coming in early to help.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for all the encouragement you have given me during my beginning couple of months here...it is much appreciated!

    Pros

If you are looking to better your self and make money doing it. And being around people who make you better

    Cons

For me in my opinion there are not really any cons. If your going to nit pick oak brook is not exactly close to me but other than that no issues.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up

I worked at Surge Connections full-time

    Pros

The culture is unreal! The teamwork atmosphere brought me back to my days in sports and athletics. Employees and management were great in molding my development within the organization.

    Cons

The schedule was more difficult for me to work while I was completing my masters degree but Surge was able to work with me on that.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for the opportunity and for helping me grow as an individual. I would love for Surge to send their employees to more leadership development courses beyond the typical 4 per year.

I have been working at Surge Connections full-time

    Pros

I have been with Surge Connections for almost a year now. Coming from my past job to Surge Connections there is no comparison. They treat their employees with the most respect and they want us to grow. The managers put other before them and that is what I truly value with this company. Being respected and treated like family is one of the most important things that I look for in a position.

    Cons

If you don’t have the right mindset this job will not be for you. Hard work and dedication pays off.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to value the employees!
