    Pros

    Its a global organization and always challenges your capabilities whether in the leadership, management, team management, decision making and communication skills. You will face different types of people across all levels that comes from different cultures and background. Career opportunities do exist but not clear. Work at home is another added advantage.

    Cons

    No clear career planning or discussion. Policies and favoritism is a major downfall. The job is not safe as management changes overnight with no clear communication or direction. compensation paid is much lower than the same level position and duties in any company

    Advice to Management

    Have a clear plan where you want the organization to be. plan accordingly and communicate your plan. Have a fair evaluation of people. Set the right expectation for everyone. have streamlined policies in place.

    it has nice facilities and gives you a chance to contact with people from different backgrounds.
    transportation. traininig

    Cons

    very high turn over ration. very bad and stressful management. too pushy for sales.
    they sell you the job as if they have high attention to customer care and low attention to sales but in fact it's ALL about sales and only sales.
    you hear the word "terminated" more than the word work or hired from the first moment!!
    salaries are not fair specially if comparisoned with other nationalities inside the same site

    Promotions are applicaple all the time
    Salary is so good for experienced people
    Experience is gained daily regarding customer support
    Benefits like bonuses,isurance,..etc
