    Pros

    They truly care about me as an employee, tell and show me that I'm an asset to the company, and offer many perks and bonuses for doing well, cash, prizes, gift cards, awards, etc.

    Cons

    When working at home you don't get to have face to face interaction.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on making sure us employees feel appreciated and valued and we will continue to succeed!

    Sutherland Global Services offers great employment opportunities which allow employees to grow a career to the level they wish either locally or internationally.

    Cons

    As a startup location there are frequent construction projects.

    I worked at Sutherland full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    $12 an hour is not a terrible base pay.

    Cons

    The management doesn't seem to care about their employees. They were often too loud in the background while dealing with customers.

    Pros

    Benefits and money was great! Loved working and helping assisting the customers.

    Cons

    At first we did fun activities where we played games to win things that completely stopped and it just made the days boring.

    I have been working at Sutherland full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Detailed code of conduct and stand by it. Treat people well in all situations. Very large, global company but open in communication with all aspects of their business. They recognize their strengths and weaknesses and act upon them accordingly; for example tech was a con until recently they acquired a new company to improve that for their clients and employees.

    Cons

    Not very many US locations to work. The work-from-home is also seasonal and mostly at an agent level. Would love to see the hub or micro site used in large cities to attract more talent and opportunity.

    Advice to Management

    Honesty is the best policy and I believe you do it well. It starts with the top and works it's way down making everyone feel important. Keep up the good work!
