    Pros

Full time job in a competitive job market, ability to advance to management, job is laid back, lenient, work with you to help you excel

    Cons

Can't really change your shift, same routine everyday, not much of a change or excitement, don't take unless you enjoy am office job and staring at a comiter for 8 hours

    Advice to Management

Not really much to say, the management team in my department were really chill except they did clique with certain workers underneath them and the people they clique with went back and forth to management about people

    Pros

Lots of OT when they are short-staffed. This happens every holiday season. Commission. Supervisors are very friendly and helpful

    Cons

Low wages, not a lot of room for advancement. I have a bachelors degree and couldn't even move to management. That is ultimately why I left. Also the hours were varied a lot and requests for specific time blocks that I couldn't work were ignored.

    Advice to Management

    More prepared during busy season

I have been working at Sutherland (More than a year)

    Pros

Comfortable environment. Nice facilities. Friendly people for the most part. Not competitive but is goal orientated. Okay training. Good vendors.

    Cons

Pay, very low for the industry. Commission is based on the whole floor meeting goal, very hard to attain. Plus you have to do other coworkers work. Lots of slackers which causes aging and is a domino affect. Not flexible with scheduals new people get the late shift and weekends. A lot of files don't actually get funded so lot of work little outcome.

    Advice to Management

Look into files.get the bad apples out. Calls are not being made. Adequate Notes aren't being placed. So much aging, ill informed and fed up borrowers.
