    Pros

The company has no pros at all.

The absolute worst job ever, very unorganized, hard to move in different programs and the center is extremely unprofessional. You can never get in touch with the HR department because they always tell the receptionist to say that their busy. Manager don't know anything about the job, they can't even give you info on taking a medical leave, company makes it hard for advancement s well.

I worked at Sutherland full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There needs to be more organization at the coral spring location.

    Cons

People do have emergency that does come up.

    Advice to Management

I feel that there should be some type of acception with attended. Especially if there is an emergency with an employee. In training. I was wrote up because I miss a day of training due to the fact I was in the emergency room sick. I did not agree with the wrote up and resign from my position with Sutherland. I also provided them with a doctors note from the hospital. I just feel if a person provide documents showing hospitalization a person should not be wrote up.

    Pros

Some really good people but if you've been an exec for less than 4 years plan to leave. Good marketing to draw you in.

    Cons

Everything is a fire drill. Difficult to execute plans as strategy changes on whim of CEO.

    Advice to Management

Learn to manage. Good people but very poor management skills. It's not a place that rewards risks so people "tell you what you want to hear" so they don't get fired.
