    Cafe and breaks rooms,gmeet great people.

    Cons

    Short breaks &lunches,no phones policy and no belongings.management is intimidating only cares about numbers,poor training.

    Advice to Management

    Loosen up,you lose great employees over high expectations..

    Individuals recently hired they lack professionalism and respect for others in the company. And they are brand new to the company.

    Advice to Management

    To management I would advise to raise the bar on the hiring process and not just hired for the seats that need to be filled.

    a fulltime job, which is difficult to obtain in Las Vegas

    Cons

    I was not told in advance my schedule would change continually, as a matter of fact, we were told in training, we would be on night shift we certain days off. I now know that is not the way a call center works

    Advice to Management

    Tell employees during orientation, the way the schedule works and that they will only be employed for a maximum of six months because that is the way Call Centers operate
