    Pros

    Suzano offers a good tranning program.
    The benefits are good.

    Cons

    The paycheck is a joke. The promotions are not based on performance and have nothing to do with the semestral feedback.

    Advice to Management

    It is not healthy to a company to hold salaries (so above the market average) for so long time if the company goal is to increase in long term. The immediate response for three years of this is to look for another company.
    The promotions MUST be based on feedback and performance. The feedback should be based only in facts, without room for subjective evaluations.

    Pros

    Ambiente de trabalho colaborativo entre os colaboradores da equipe.

    Cons

    Programa de meritocracia de recompensa, sem clareza das metas, dos objetivos e das virtudes necessárias e esperadas nos colaboradores, o que torna a avaliação que determina as recompensas de um colaborador, de forma subjetiva. O departamento de Recursos Humanos e a alta gestão não possuem critérios, o compartilhamento e o envolvimento do processo, para que haja o entendimento de quais são seus entregáveis principais e o que se espera como fruto do esforço.

    Médio, imparcial e sem o desenvolvimento do senso de unidade entre os colaboradores.
