    Management cares for all the employees well being,

    Cons

    Upper management was located outside the Island and was not aware of great business possibilities which led the company to downsize dramatically.

    Advice to Management

    We were a dream team that are still reminiscing of the past experiences.

    I worked at Suzuki Motor full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    One of the best teams I ever worked with. People are friendly, casual and helpful. Good atmosphere and it makes you happy to work there. The management are ok so you got a chance to talk to them anytime - just knock on their door. The office is small so you talk to all the people.

    Cons

    Low salary and there was no increase in salary for some years due to the company situation.

    This is slave company by Japanese people.... maximum indian people is like to work here as a slave of Japanese people...No increment ...No transportation... awkward location...HR dept is GADDAR-TRAITOR...

    Best company for JUMP...see here what is automobile industry for non OE person..

    Advice to Management

    India is free country ... don't try to make it slave again...

    Pros

    People join only for the Brand Name . Future companies take up people from here easily.

    Cons

    Unprofessional environment. Low salary specially for Executive level People. Remotely Located . no transportation provided. Hard working people have no scope over here.

    Advice to Management

    If the employees are not satisfied , the product will never pickup and neither will your market share.
