Pros
I've often heard "if you're the smartest one in the room, you're in the wrong room." You won't have that problem at SR. Everyone - from the project managers and designers to the executive leadership team - are good at what they do. You're bound to learn something, regardless of experience level or position.
Cons
A fast-paced agency environment has its stressors and aggravations. At peak times, workload can be daunting.

A slowburn nightmare

I think there are truly some very smart, talented people at SR. But I think they are wasting their talents here.
Cons
- Omaha leadership does not have actual leadership abilities, they've just stuck around longer than other people. - I had repeated issues with a coworker. Frankly, it was borderline bullying, and I know the difference between this and healthy workplace conflict because I've experienced the later at other jobs. Nothing compared to this. Leadership did not care to help resolve it. - Clients are at best boring, at worst unethical (but they know this) - Salary was subpar compared to the big budgets for client accounts. Where is that money going? When it came time for my annual review, my boss said he could maybe get me a 2% raise. A raise wasn't even guaranteed, and with inflation, no raise means making less money each year. - Before 2020, agency-wide leadership said they would never let employees work remotely. This is only now an option because it was forced by a pandemic. Very old ways of thinking about workplace culture. - The Omaha office is incredibly out of the way on 144th and Dodge. Any employee who does not live near this area will have to eat lunch at the office because it's not enough time to get home and back. - Diversity is lacking, and being based in Nebraska isn't an excuse.

Employee culture, work/life balance was well promoted. Management really cares for employees.

Client travel, work load balance and benefits could be better.

People that really trust and care about each other.
Cons
Sometimes slow to react when it comes to promoting deserving individuals. They could be more competitive in this way.

Pros
This place is very inclusive and acts as a team! No matter what tasks are completed or who completes them its always a "we" effort. We found this, we did this, we advise this. All the people that you will work with are very kind and eager to help and provide insight.
Cons
The company is big and there are a lot of accounts. There are some people that you will never work with and not get the chance to know without making an outside effort.
