    Pros

    Work study students are given preference, theres really no difference in the different pay grades, what really drives how much money you make on campus are your hours. Lots of different choices in types of jobs you can partake in!

    Entering hours in sort of a pain

    great community on campus, a lot of support, students are driven and amazing to work with

    turn over is high, structure makes things difficult to get done

    Love it. Really challenging environment, but the professors are super supportive and want you to succeed.

    Cons

    There is a culture of misery and the students compete for who can be more miserable.

    Pay is fine; students are given plenty of job opportunities, some more obscure than others.

    Cons

    Payment management system is a bit clunky and payroll takes a while to come through and often must be submitted again.

    Advice to Management

    Streamline payroll.

    Did not regularly get access to answers needed for the assignment, understaffed on occasion

    Add additional wizards to Freshman classes

    Very flexible schedule and great quality of life. Amazing benefits. Awesome 403b retirement package!

    Cons

    Little to no upward mobility. Your job is your job. Salary increases are minimal.
