    -Kind co-workers
    -Good benefits

    -Low morale among staff
    -Frequent staff turn over due to attrition
    -The students can be demanding

    Advice to Management

    Value the well-being of your employees over bureaucracy and boosting one's own ego. Perhaps if employees feel valued as individuals, they will be less likely to leave so rapidly.

    Love it. Really challenging environment, but the professors are super supportive and want you to succeed.

    Cons

    There is a culture of misery and the students compete for who can be more miserable.

    Pay is fine; students are given plenty of job opportunities, some more obscure than others.

    Cons

    Payment management system is a bit clunky and payroll takes a while to come through and often must be submitted again.

    Advice to Management

    Streamline payroll.
