    It is a good bank from a very healthy country financially. very good health and 401k benefits

    Cons

    Too small to advance in your career. Only 15 people. very controlled by the head office

    Advice to Management

    need to expand into other businesses that are profitable

    Pros

    Swedbank takes good care of its employees by giving positive feedback when things are going well.

    Cons

    Big bank which makes it very bureaucratic.

    Advice to Management

    Stop changing rules, practices etc as management changes. It's hard for employees to keep up.

    Great team, management is polite and understanding, great opportunities for graduates

    Branch's management is not present every day of the working week

    Keep up the positive outlook, however, managers who work across various different branches throughout the week is not a good idea.

    Great corporate values coupled with strong focus on financial results, flat management structure, nice and professional colleagues.

    Cons

    “Swedish” work culture where everyone seems to be involved, but that does not mean that everyone is "really" taking part in important decisions.

    Sometimes its better to be less political and more direct.

    Stable company, lots of challanges, you can evolve there. Traveling between baltic countries and Sweden.

    Bureaucracy like time reporting, decision making takes time etc.
