    Good work/life balance, good benefits and friendly atmosphere, well respected domestically, fair prospects for growth.

    Cons

    Inadequate career opportunities, weak HR influence, poor salary development, poor abilities to affect STI or career, no real education and training opportunities. Inadequate communication of vision.
